Look in the "Account details" box on the right side of the site, inside you will find your "level". If your "level" is "authenticated user", this means you have not activated your account yet.
Please go to your mail box (the one you registered to Poker Professor with), enter the mail sent by the site with the subject: "Account details for (your Username) at Poker Professor". Click on the activation link inside the mail, your account will be activated and you will be in "Entry Level".
If you cannot find the "Activation mail" sent by us in your Inbox, please look in the "Spam" box - as some mail clients may confuse it with Spam mail.
If you still cannot find the Activation mail - Contact our support team by mail: support@pokerprofessor.com or through the sites' contact us form.

The following is the structure of levels in poker professor:

Entry level: Pass the first test to rise and get $50 cash

Beginner level: Accumulate 1500 Titan points in order to be able to take the Beginner Test. then pass the beginner quiz to receive another $50 cash + $50 pending bonus.

Intermediate level: Accumulate 6,000 Titan points to rise to advanced.

It doesn't matter where you are from, you are allowed to register to any language you choose from our multitude. But we would like to remind you, that you may only open 1 Poker Professor account per person.

After login, click on the “My Account” link in the login box (located in the upper right hand side), all your personal details will appear and may be changed, at any time.

Some browsers have issues with specific scripts sent by some websites, we recommend trying a different browser. If you are experiencing problems after trying a different browser, please send us a comment including details about your operating system and browser and we will do our best to help.

Our forum is under final construction, although usable under most circumstances, it may be unavailble in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenince caused by this.
You can also try to log out of the Poker Profssor website and relogin, then try to access the forum.

If your browser is set not to accept cookies, your sessions will end after 30 minutes of inactivity. To change cookie settings in your browser, refer to your browsers help file.

To receive a new password click on "Request new Password", below the login box on any page.

Within 48 hours after you pass the Entry Test our Support Team will call you to verify your personal details such as your full name, address, city etc.
Our team verifies the authenticity of the details and grant the bonus in just cases. The whole process should take no longer then 72 hours, but it is usually much shorter.

The phone verification process is one of our fraud checks, in order to be able to give out such a lucrative bonus we must make sure that we only give away one bonus per person.

The first test is formed by questions that are all answered in our "Entry level" lessons, If you failed the test we strongly recommend going over our “Entry Level” lessons again .

The second test is a little harder but still, all the answers are in the beginner level articles , if you are having trouble you may ask our coaches at the forum for help

If you get less then 70% of the answers correct, you fail the test.

You have 60 minutes to pass the test.

1. You have 5 attempts to pass the entry test - if you failed 5 times, you will not be able to take the test again.

2. There is no limit to the amount of times you can take the Beginner Test.

The reasons why you might not be able to take the entry test :

1. You have to wait 30 minutes between each attempt to take the quiz again.

2. You cannot take the test if you did not successfully register to Poker Professor or Titan Poker.

3. You have to finish reading all the strategy material in our entry level. Choose either limit or no-limit.

4 . You have 5 attempts to pass the entry test - if you failed 5 times, you will not be able to take the test again.

The reasons why you might not be able to take the beginner test:

1. You have to wait 30 minutes between each attempt to take the quiz again.

2. You have yet to accumulate 1500 Titan points

3 . You have not read all the relevant strategy material (choose limit or no limit)

In order to receive the second portion of the bonus you must first accumulate 1,500 Titan points to be able to take the Beginner test. Pass our Beginner Test (Limit or No-Limit), once you have completed these steps you will receive another 50$ cash and 50$ pending.
The last $50 of the bonus are released in steps according to play - for each 600 Titan Points you accumulate, $5 will be issued to your Titan Poker account. Payments are issued between Monday's and Thursday's.

Because of many attempts to receive fraudulent bonuses by players,
we cannot afford to provide bonuses without calling each user to verify
their identity on the phone.

In order to receive Poker Professors free bankroll promotion you must go through these stages:

1. Register to the website.

2. Read our Getting Started Strategy material

3. Pass the first test to receive 50$ cash
Within 72 hours of verifying your information the bonus will be ready and waiting in your account.

4. Accumulate 1,500 Titan points and pass our Beginner level test to receive another 50$ cash and 50$ pending

After passing the test, you must pass the SMS verification system in order to verify your personal details. After that you will receive your bonus within 72 hours directly to your Titan Poker account.

If you did not register your Titan Poker account using the bonus code:
prof150, we will not be able to deposit the bonus in your account.
There is one case in which we might be able to give our bonus, If you only have a play money account on Titan:
If so, open a new Titan Poker account, with a different email address then the last one, enter the Titan Poker cashier, fill in your personal details and in the end of the form insert our bonus code: "prof150"
