POKERPROFESSOR ("POKERPROFESSOR" shall mean POKERPROFESSOR.com. and entities controlling, controlled by or under common control with POKERPROFESSOR.com) is committed to safeguarding your privacy online for you, the user ("You" or "User"). 2. Underage Persons

4.3. General Rule. POKERPROFESSOR will not disclose, sell or transfer any of your Registration Data to any third parties (e.g., advertisers or business partners), except in the following cases: (i) POKERPROFESSOR receives your permission; (ii) if POKERPROFESSOR believes in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or transfer; (iii) for the purpose of identity verification; (iv) to POKERPROFESSOR'S subcontractors or service providers for the purposes of performing services for or on behalf of POKERPROFESSOR; or (v) as set forth below.

4.4. Transfer to Business Partners. You agree and acknowledge that POKERPROFESSOR will forward your Registration Data to real-money online gaming websites with which POKERPROFESSOR maintains a business relationship, in connection with the provision to you by such business partners of a bonus. Such business partners may use the Registration Data for other purposes and POKERPROFESSOR has no control and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of such business partners, including for the handling and securing of Your Registration Data by such business partners.

4.5. Special Cases. POKERPROFESSOR may also disclose Registration Data or other information in special cases when it has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary for fraud checks or to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating POKERPROFESSOR's End User Agreement or this Privacy Policy or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) POKERPROFESSOR's rights or property, other users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

4.6. No Commitment. Although POKERPROFESSOR uses industry standard practices to protect your privacy, POKERPROFESSOR does not ensure, and You should not expect, that your Registration Data or correspondence will always remain private.

4.7. Links and Displayed Sites. The Website may contain links to other sites and may provide access to other sites displayed as search results. POKERPROFESSOR is not responsible for the privacy practices of such linked or otherwise displayed sites.

5. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

5.1. POKERPROFESSOR's policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information POKERPROFESSOR collects from You. To the extent that You disclose information to other parties on POKERPROFESSOR's site or to any other third party, different rules may apply to the use or disclosure of the personal information that You disclose to them. Since POKERPROFESSOR does not control the privacy policies of third parties, You are subject to the privacy customs and policies of such third parties.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information in the Event of a Merger or Sale of POKERPROFESSOR

6.1. POKERPROFESSOR may merge or be acquired by another business entity or may sell all or substantially all of its assets to an acquirer. In the event of such merger, acquisition or sale, POKERPROFESSOR may share some or all or your Registration Data or other information with the acquiring company in order to continue serving you and others and continuing to operate the Website.

7.3. Spam. POKERPROFESSOR and its Users do not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, You are not permitted to add any user, whose direct contact information was disclosed to you in connection with any Use of the Website, to your mailing list without such user's express written consent after adequate disclosure.

9. Subordination to the End User Agreement

9.1. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms and conditions of POKERPROFESSOR's End User Agreement as an integral part thereof; in case of a contradiction between any provision of the End User Agreement and the content of this document, the provisions of the End User Agreement shall prevail.
